Its one-way communication feature – from committee members to residents – helps reduce the circulation of fake information and chances of losing pivotal information on a group chat.
Unlike in the traditional notice boards, this feature also eliminates the use of paper, encouraging a greener environment.
Here's how it works
Committee members can now share news, updates and announcements directly through the NoBrokerHood app with just a few simple steps:
- Open the NoBrokerHood app;
- Scroll down to the 'Admin' tile under the services you need tab
- This will take you to the next page;
- To add a new notice, tap on ‘Post A Notice’;
- Add the following - ‘Notice Type’, ‘Notice Recipients’, ‘Notice Title' and ‘Notice Comment’ or description of the announcement.
- You can also add an expiry date (if you wish to) and attachments (if any).
- Once you have provided the necessary details, tap on 'Send Notice'.
Once a committee member shares an announcement, residents are notified on the NoBrokerHood app.
Notice Board is a one-way communication platform where only committee members can send out society-related information. This feature ensures that important society announcements and updates reach residents on time and pivotal information is not lost among other group chats. It is also quite helpful in sidetracking all potential misleading or fake information from reaching the resident community.
